We've compiled a list of questions that tend to pop up a lot during the hunt for the perfect bridesmaid dresses! If there is absolutely anything else you'd like to know before you visit us then please feel free to email or call us. We like silly questions too so don't be afraid to ask!
Where are you? Is there parking or can I get the train?
We're in Strawberry Hill in Twickenham, London, and we have lots of free residential parking on the roads surrounding us
from 10.30am Monday to Saturday.
Sunday, the parking is unrestricted.
We also happen to be located right next to Strawberry Hill national railway line which serves a direct link to London Waterloo.
So we're super accessible allowing us to serve London, Surrey and Middlesex!
What are your opening times?
As a general rule we are open:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am-5pm. Saturday 10am-5pm.
We welcome appointments outside of these hours, as we understand people lead busy lives and planning a wedding around normal life can be difficult! Let us know you'd like to come along at a different time and we'll get you in the diary.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes and no. Kind of! We like to operate on a closed appointment basis so your bridal party have complete privacy, and can have unrestricted access to all of our dresses without having to wait for someone else to try it on before you can! Plus, we prefer to give you all of our time, knowledge and attention;
so ideally we'd like to only have one party in at a time.
Having said that, if you happen to be passing by we certainly
wouldn't shoo you away.
What are my payment options?
We take a 50% deposit when you place your order with us, leaving the balance to be paid when you collect your bridesmaid dresses. If you'd like, you can pay the remaining 50% in instalments to us before collection if it helps with your budgeting. Let us know what works for you and we can figure it out. We don't mean credit or interest malarkey, just call us up and let us know you'd like to make a payment off your bill.
What sizes do you do?
We have dresses available from size 2 - 30.
Do I need all of my bridesmaids with me for my appointment?
No, in fact we welcome brides to come along on their own first to have a look. In our experience it can be quite confusing and overwhelming to have lots of opinions and likes/dislikes to cloud your ideas. Coming along on your own with your pinterest board in hand allows you some quiet time to look over our dresses and consider what you'd like to present to your bridesmaids first. Then you can re-book with your maids and let them loose on your pickings!

we will talk you through step by step on how to provide
measurements for your order.

I know what I want now, so when will we get our dresses?
All of our dresses are made to order, meaning that once you've chosen the right dress in the right colour, we send your order to the designers and tell them exactly what you want. Lead times vary between 6-16 weeks depending on the designer.
